2. Espresso Machines & Third-Party Affiliate Products
   Espresso machines and certain accessories listed on VillaBrew.com are sold via third-party affiliate partners (e.g., Amazon, or other brands and retailers).
   VillaBrew does not sell, ship, or guarantee these products directly.
   If you purchased an espresso machine or other third-party affiliate product, your return and refund eligibility is subject to the return policy of the original seller.
   For returns, refunds, or warranty claims, please refer to the policies of the third-party retailer from which you completed the purchase.
3. Coffee Products (Including Volcano King Coffee)
   Coffee products sold on VillaBrew.com, including those from Volcano King Coffee, are fulfilled directly by the supplier.
   Due to the perishable nature of coffee, all coffee sales are final and are not eligible for returns or refunds unless the product is damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
   If you receive damaged or incorrect coffee products, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [Villa@VillaBrew.com] with your order details and photos of the issue.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
   If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
   We will work with the supplier or third-party retailer to determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the supplier’s policy.
   For third-party affiliate purchases, you must contact the original seller directly.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
   Opened or used coffee products.
